PH Passiveness

Ph has an incredible amount of passiveness that stems from god knows what. It will often times not perform attacks when it's in range of a creature and targeting it.

PH Burst

Bursting with PH is incredibly inconsistent. Maybe half the time when you attempt to burst it'll activate. Should be all of the time.

PH Can't use moves

PH Can't use the final 2 attacks of Reika series (making him use them on a hit would be optimal). PH Can't use triple capsule throw, Ground Slam, or Crouching Light (both require crouching to activate).

PH Aim blows

PH sucks at aiming at the target consistently.
