Anubis is sword that can be obtained both through crafting and killing a mob holding Anubis.

Obtainment

Anubis can be obtained through killing an Anubis NPC or by killing a stand mob that wields Anubis. The chance of a Stand Mob holding Anubis is incredibly rare but if they are, they will always be using Silver Chariot in its Anubis form.

Crafting

As an alternative, Anubis has a tedious crafting recipe made of 2 leather, 1 iron and gold block, 1 diamond, and 4 Blocks of Suffering

Usage

When Anubis is unsheathed, the player will gain the Anubis spec. While the spec can be used without Anubis in hand, Anubis gives the player many more options and attacks.

If Anubis is in your main hand while Silver Chariot is out, Silver Chariot will become the Anubis version. This gives Silver Chariot both a new design and a new moveset.

If Anubis is unsheathed, it cannot leave your inventory. It will immediately fly back if thrown, or refuse to enter a chest. However the player can always sheath Anubis (M2) again to be able to put or throw it away.
