Hamon Monks can be found in a Monastery training in a boxing ring.

Hamon Monks are neutral mobs that will attack any hostile mobs or a player if they attack. They used Hamon and are very aggressive.
As a side note, they also have a tendency to rotate their head like an owl as can be seen in the photo on the right.
